Dear Clients and Friends,
It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you of our intent to retire our business. We will continue servicing all our current clients and tenants needs until the liquidation is complete. Trish and I will be retiring from working life as well. It’s been a very lucrative and great 30 plus years. We thank you all for your loyalty and understanding in this matter.
I can assure you all that the new property management company will continue the current high standards we’ve set. They have been working with us for the past few months in our internal operations. The new property management company’s name will be announced here, and in our last newsletter email very soon.
As some of you know, myself and my wonderful wife, Trish, owned most of the properties in our customer base. We re still liquidating these properties. Once this is completed I will update this site and leave it active for 12 months.
